- As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships by providing unbeatable service levels. You will use your excellent customer service and sales skills, along with your product knowledge, to understand customer needs, negotiate and construct quotations, and achieve cross-selling to expand market share within your region.
- You will work collaboratively with our sales Manager to meet or exceed sales targets. This will involve developing new business, identifying sales opportunities, and employ your prospecting and cold-calling skills to expand market share.
- You will use CRM systems to report and maintain daily activities, as well as analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for maintaining and growing customer relationships.
- You will have a strong understanding of our products and be able to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
- Electrical qualifications or at least 5 years of experience in the electrical industry:
- Previous experience in sales representation and prospecting/cold calling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- You will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and possess strong time management skills to effectively manage customer relationships and prioritise tasks.
- You will have good computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
- You will have a current and clean full driver's license to travel to customer locations.
