ECS ready to fulfil your orders under LEVEL-3 Shutdown requirements

As of Tuesday 28th April, ECS are operating under LEVEL-3 Shutdown requirements.

Behind the scenes, most of us at ECS will be working from home, however, as a customer this should not make a difference to you. We are otherwise open for business in full capacity and ready to fulfil your orders.

 

What we can do under Level 3:

  •   You can now order for any requirement, not just essential services.
  •   We will be running a full warehouse team to keep up with demand but please let us know if your order is urgent.
  •   We have implemented strict new hygienic safety measures for picking and packing to protect you and our staff.
  •   We are operating through all the usual channels - phone, email and eShop, and now virtual appointment.

 

What we can’t do under Level 3:

  •   We cannot provide walk-in sales and support at our office and warehouse.
  •   Our sales reps will not be visiting customers, but we do now have a virtual meeting option available.
