ECS Sales Team Available during Lockdown

As of 5pm 23rd March 2020, ECS will be closing our New Zealand warehouse due to the announced Government nationwide shutdown.

We still have the possibility of our dropship order delivery system, drawing from our global warehousing located around the world, for any urgent requirements during this period. We are expected to re-open the New Zealand warehouse in 4 weeks’ time.

During this period, our sales and office team will still be working from home and will be available via phone and email during normal business hours as we have already managed to create a work-from-home environment.

Our normal business hours still remain as 8am-5pm / Mon-Fri, and you can still phone us for all the usual sales, orders, and tech support on 0800 849 2211, or email sales@ecsnz.com.

And of course, the EXPRESS store remains open 24/7 for update to date pricing, stock checking, information and easy ordering. However, please be aware shipping out will be delayed until our warehouse is able to reopen.
